We’ve been quieter on this platform for several reasons lately—some personal, some professional. Behind the scenes we are working to build out our Substack content and subscription program for 2024, but in the meantime we’re happy to share our last two book releases for the year.
Today is the official pub day for our first novel, In the Morning, the City Is the Prairie! This is one special book set in Oklahoma City, and we hope you’ll give it a look. Rob Roensch’s latest is the first of what we’re calling our Oklahoma Hat Trick (more to come on the rest). You can also read this OKC essay by Rob over at Front Porch Republic, one of our favorite publications.
Next Tuesday, we release the next chapbook in our current round of poetry chaps: Hulk Church by New Orleans poet Justin Lacour—an ideal read as Advent approaches.
Both books are available to order individually, or you can stock up with our bundle/subscription options:
We’ll have more updates in the coming weeks but want to be sure these titles are on your radar as you prepare for holiday shopping (whether for gifts or to treat yourself). Thanks, as always, for being part of our community.
